+ Add (button) - Add a new index.

Each index includes the following attributes:

• Input Behaviour - Connect a Behaviour.
• Enabled - Enable/ disable the Behaviour's effect.
• Strength - Determine the strength of the Behaviour.
• Blend Mode -
